Movie Release?

Salutations,

We are all thinking of ways to help get the word out. It has occurred to me that I have yet to see either of the first movies released to cable/ satellite. Wouldn't it be beneficial to release the movies already created ahead of the final movie release in order to build an audience? I know those who have seen the movies with me are anxious to find out what happens and who is John Galt...

Does anyone have any pertinent information or thoughts?

Respectfully,
O.A.

Sounds terrific! I also think it would be good to have a double feature re-release to theaters before the premier of part 3... But hey, what do I know... It is far afield from my expertise...

I have no clue about marketing, or what it takes to get the movies on cable/satellite, but I do see the benefit of having it brought to people who find it on their menu and watch a movie they didn't even know was out there. Those of us who have gone to the theater and also bought the DVDs can reach fewer people with our viewing parties than the wide audience exposure promised by cable...

I am hoping Mr. Desapio or one of his associates can chime in.

More hope needed johnrobert2. When I was a kid, it looked like the USSR would last forever. It didn't did it?

you can watch full length stuff there. The movies have great exposure on Youtube. go comment on their posts. As well, the Atlas Society has several tutorials on Objectivism usining scenes from the movies. Go like all those, and comment please

Would youtube be an outlet even if it didn't generate revenue?

I doubt it. Most of those who do youtube have very short attention spans and would not sit through an entire movie, esp something that would confuse them with something about which they would have to think.
