An interesting case in how manipulation, our dysfunctional accounting system and management can screw up a producer company. Toshiba was a really good, efficient producer until they went off the rails with Fukishima. Probably the first of many victims, all due to a seawall at 15 feet instead of what the scientists said should have been 30 or 40 feet high....Tepco will fold soon as well...
