I gets interesting, though, when you point out that they portray every single decision the president makes as an outrage worthy of national protest. I had this same thought when I heard of indignation at the increased immigration enforcement. I actually think it's a good thing to enforce the laws on the books, even though I think immigration laws are really bad. I had a similar thought regarding the indignation toward the Education Secretary. I didn't see anything outrageous there.
I agree these critics of the president are doing the country a disservice by treating every policy they disagree with as a huge outrage.
I disagree with the rhetoric of his supporters being deplorable...most were highly educated making a distasteful decision in the hopes that at least some of the swamp we call DC would be drained.
I also think it's a good thing that we are holding him to his promises...shoulda been doing that all along.
