Of course!Trump really needs to pick up on that one....I could just see him pronouncing that from the podium, with no explanation, and the media would spend a week trying to figure out what language he was cursing at them in....

    Here is their "About" page:

    http://www.cosaction.com/about

    From their latest email:
44 states have filed the COS resolution
    8 States have passed it
18 states have had House passage
11 states have had Senate passage
24 states have passed it out of committee to vote on it.
They keep pounding on them, but since it is a grass roots effort only, it is taking a lot of time and energy, since no politician really wants to go there unless it is held over their head like a hammer.

But if ever we needed one, it is now, this year.

Oh, no doubt, but it is a lot closer to reality than a lot of others, and I do not hold the NY Post high on the "quality list". But it seems a lot higher than NYT, WP, CNN or even Fox.

I heard somewhere from a reliable msm source that Trump was going to use the national guard to confiscate all of the media's electronic devices! This would be the most despicable episode ever in the history of the country! We need that law ASAP!

The New York Post has been in Trump's corner for some time. I'll believe the media is reforming when I start seeing articles like this in the Washington Post.

Well, I was alluding more to the education establishment takeover they slid in, when no one was looking. That has produced a lot of the current crop of snowflakes who need safe spaces and who think what's theirs is theirs, and what's yours is theirs, so give it up. They were all taught that is our glorious higher ed facilities, by people who have never had to work for a living, just reach tenure....(sorry if their are any actual working teachers here...speaking in a generality based on observation)...

I do not see him as being leashed like the others, by money and donors calling the tune. He may be trying to pander some, but he made his promises and seems trying to fulfill them. When Ryan offered him "a year or 2" on a replacement, he illustrated exactly what is the issue: It takes years for DC politicos to get their marching orders and have legislation written for them by their patrons, to present as "their own". Trump is not doing any of that, which is why you see the screw ups and wordsmith errors he has. I prefer action over inaction, at this point, because I can believe it is at least, an attempt to do right.

Trump has a leash as do all the others. He is merely sounding like what 'conservatives' want while giving them exactly the same thing. A promise to repeal the ACA and then replace it is a promise to give you the same thing with a different name that will probably be more controlling and costly.

Go look at the Convention of States, that is the only way around these morons...besides a civil war.

They do not care as long as it is "their" guy. They can control "their" guy, and have no idea how to put a leash on Trump...

Simply because we are seeing the results of 70 years of "Progressive enlightenment". We have yet to get as bad a Britian. I lived there for 2 years in the 70's and it was an absolute mess.Strikes for coal, trains, buses etc were actually scheduled to avoid impacting each other...yuck..

The Convention of States has the authority to change the Constitution by adding or changing amendments. It is doable..

Total loss of all self respect, sold themselves to Clinton and her cronies, and now withdrawal symptoms, I guess.

Heinlein would also be a good source, I have to go do some looking, but Lazarus Long had some great ones.

Exactly! Which is why the Convention of States is so important, it would add a clause to the Constitution for term limits and a balanced budget.

Yep, it is true throughout history, the Japanese were particularly bad followed closely by Russia, Britain and the US. In fact, the Battle of Savo Island in 1942 was not reported until November, 1942, when it happened in mid August. The US Navy was soundly smashed by the Japanese that night. They even kept the survivors of the sunken ships in isolation until November, not even telling their families they were alive.
