    Money spent on ever-increasing bloated college tuition is sending kids to receive a "poor education."

    Most protesters don't even know what they are protesting. I saw Waters world , a guy who goes to events or demonstrations and asks some people basic questions about the issue and for the most part the libitards have no idea of reality.

    Trump should defund Berkeley, and certainly NOT pay for the destruction caused by the rioters.

    If I had a kid, I would not send them to american colleges to be indoctrinated by leftists. What a waste of ones short life

    BTW, I don't really mean to be snide. I just don't think President Trump or restrictions on unpopular speech on college campuses are like Hitler. I also hope it's obvious that "not like Hitler" is a low bar, not a sign that everything's great.

      While I agree that things haven't descended quite as far as either Hitler or Stalin, this dangerous trend of stifling free speech is straight out of the fascist playbook and has been one of the seminal signals of an oppressive regime. That it is happening on the campuses which should be bastions of free speech should be a huge warning sign to all who favor individual rights and their protection.

    I agree with some of what she says, but I think she falls into this thinking that Hitler/fascism is the only form of destruction of liberty. I don't see the parallel at all between campus free speech and Hitler. But that doesn't mean it's okay. Things can be very wrong and not be at all like Hitler/fascism.

      This article doesn't reference her entire comments, but I don't see in here where she makes such a claim. I believe that what she is specifically referencing is the claim by some leftists that Trump is the new Hitler.

      According to this woman, Hitler's regime stifled free speech and encouraged only a single viewpoint - punishing dissenters. You don't think that is precisely what is happening on campuses like Berkeley?
