The Leaning Tower of ... San Francisco?
For general information, much of San Francisco has been built by filling in the bay. As a result, the foundations there are somewhat ... tenuous. The problem is that for a building of this size and the problem, it's going to be nearly impossible from a cost perspective to fix it. Demolition may be the only solution.
