And so the left strikes back, this is looking like Star Wars, I'm just not sure who is Darth Vader, Luke or the Evil Emperor....

    Any other country in the world can decide who it lets onto it's soil, for how long, and how they must behave while visiting. Why are people making such a big deal out of this? If these people wish to come to the U.S. they must do as my immigrant ancestors did: follow the established rules and get in line. There is nothing wrong with taking an extra 90 days to verify and confirm identities and intentions. Sorry about those that got stuck in the airport. Simply a matter of bad timing.

      Exactly. Expedite getting those done first. As my wife pointed out, the address on your green card or passport may not be the one you actually live at, so you have to confirm who they are, and what they are here for. "Pleasure" should not be allowed for the next 90 days. Don't forget, one of the Obamanations last acts of defiance was to scrub the Muslim terrorist and tracking list. The reason the libertards are so angry, is it impacts one of their sources of "free votes". The whole BS about voter fraud is another thing that will come to pass, once they start digging. There are enough YT videos from angry voters whose machines would only register "Democrat" even when Republican was selected.

    According to Bill O'Reilly, that Jabba the Hutt looking billionaire slug is paying for much of the so-called "spontaneous" protests at airports and other places.

        When I first heard about those tears I wondered how many tears Lady Liberty will shed when the Constitution is finally trashed, sharia law takes hold, and she's dumped into the Atlantic for being a "false goddess" representative of the foregone satanic state.

            Agreed. I remember seeing documentaries about the rise of Nazi Germany. The support for National Socialism was not only active in the beer and union halls, but was quite active on university campuses with the sanction of a good portion of the faculty. Any dissent was often met by the campus brown shirts with the same violence and crushing of free speech we are witnessing here. The symbols (flags) of the Republic were taken down and desecrated and the symbols of National Socialism were raised in their place. In those documentaries were college students throwing books in the bonfires. Trumps opposition is desperately trying to paint him with the "Hitler" brush, but all they need do is look in the mirror (and read a real history book).

              You are exactly right. This is a tactic of the Left...to accuse Conservatives of exactly what they are guilty of doing.

                Which all adds up to: Why would a rational person allow someone to push them one way or the other? There are some aspects of this mess tht seem odd, and maybe Trumps gang could have handled it a little better, but they are cleaning up after 8 years of clearly Anti American action. Trump just finished pissing off Australia because Obama agreed to take in 1500 or so refugees they have sitting on Islands, in exchange for a like number of South Americans.I would lean into Trump's "this is a dumb deal" statement, because it is dumb.If Australia doesn't want them, and could dump them on a Muslim Obama that does not mean that can carry through, and also, why couldn't they settle in Australia? Better yet, don't all these refugees need to maybe fix their own bit of the planet? If you keep running from evil, then pretty soon, there is no where to run.....Not to be mean or anything....

      AJ, one thing I have learned, you can have a printed law, and there will be a judge somewhere, who will say "uh, no". If he is elected, you then go to his donor list and go: ah! But yes, it does seem he is. That doesn't mean the protestors have read it...

    Hmm, Don't think that this is the last word on this by a long shot.

    This same type of ban has been done by each of the last 6 Presidents INCLUDING Obama but no one said a word about those. Guess Trump is wrong ONLY because he is not Hillary.

    I'm pretty sure Trump will find some other way to do the same thing. There are probably executive powers written into later anti-terrorist laws that can override the 1965 law. And then there's "extreme vetting". Some will still make it through the hoops, but immigration from the Middle East will likely be a trickle rather than the Obama-era flood.

      I don't think he needs to. As for "finding some way" I hope he shows as much concern as he already has about keeping in line with the rules and the best interests of the American people.

      I know a man who took a job offered by Trump and he spoke very well of him, surprisingly well and with admiration.

        All the reasons for what he did are clearly listed there. I am almost betting his gang knows this and has set up the left to take a pounding as well as prove to the country he really does know what he is doing, and is following the law, unlike most of his predecessors.
