You must have a different definition of "net neutrality" than I do. The very week the previous Pres signed a "net neutrality" bill a group I'm in saw major shinanigans in a restricted online group we were running. It was not good, not good...

Samurai Hotel and the Cone Heads! Jane you ignorant slut.

Mr Robinson's Neighborhood could not play today. I wonder what Eddie Murphy would say about those skits coaxing humor from the tail end of prejudice now.

Naughty. That would lead to the wife Michael/Michelle and the black and white former POTUS. Then there is the creepy live in advisor Valerie, who drops by the guy's bedroom for middle of the night chats. Cannot believe the press did not touch any of this, esp. the lzizard outfit form the Hawaii days!

Baron was totally adorable during the whole thing. And the President got a kick out of how Baron came out of his shell and was smiling and waving at people. How someone could pick on a 10 year old boy and think it is funny is beyond me.

Best thing about that womens march was that, with so many women traveling long distances on Sunday, more men got to watch the playoffs in peace.

I started to suggest "the black market" then realized where that lead ... so let me rephrase that as "the open market".

I was a lot more enthusiastic about that line until he appointed Ajit Pai, a fierce opponent of net neutrality, to head the FCC.

It is mind numbing the frauds, the condescending
phony's. Side note I watched a news video about the womens march where Madonna said she was so angry she wanted to blow up the white house.

SNL was fine years ago, but is trash and dump people trying to act funny today. Barron is a typical 10 year old, we took our 10 year old nephew on vacation one year, and he was adorable, but restless. These people who say they love the children and are just for them, are liars, they would not atatck a young boy if they had any intelligence. Maybe they should check out the 8 year old budding arsonist who was caught on film bragging as he set a fire in the DC streets, by Tuck Carlson's interviewer. Children's Services should have been ot there taking him in, setting fires at 9:30 p.m.!SNL crowd likely loved him. If Hillary really cared, rather than just used children, she would have stepped up and told them to give him the protection Chelsea, now as crooked as her mom, enjoyed. I didn't hear them asking where Obama obtained two children without birth or adoption records!

I agree. With the current approach it is a disincentive to work save or improve.
When a local candidate who is all about more money for the schools came to the door. She asked what I suggested. When I said I would support $ going to the parent that saw to it that the kid did his or her homework and attended parent teacher conferences, instead of a new $ program to dumb them down more so they "pass" a test.

The welfare system is loaded with traps that make it near-impossible to get off the dole once you're on it. (In particular, if you try to save any money at all, even $10, you can lose your benefits.) That situation has gotten steadily worse since LBJ's time. It would be nice if the new HHS head understood this and could write reforms that actually help wean people off. Alternatively, a well designed 501(c)3 organization might be able to accomplish it themselves. It's hard to look at how long this situation has lasted and NOT blame simple greed on the part of welfare bureaucrats who might lose their jobs if they were no longer needed.

That's the line that grabbed me, too. The misinformed left aren't even listening to him. What kind of true leftist wouldn't love that line? I guess that might be the difference between classic liberal and the modern day totalitarians who call themselves liberals(?)

It pained me last night to hear my mother-in-law sit at our table and say that speech was "lies". "Really?", I said. "Which part was a lie?" So, our whole dinner party agreed to watch the speech again in our living room. There was really nothing you could point to and call a lie. I called it a "great pep talk" and emphasized his desire to bring the power back to the people. She was silent.
