Dan Rather To Teach Journalism Course Called "Finding The Truth In The News"
Laughed out loud when I saw that title.
Methinks Deceiver Dan deserves the Humor category.
Maybe "Media" shoulda been a category.
Naw, Humor covers that.

at the theater to see "The Color Purple" - absolutely
sickening and proof (as if we needed it) that the
patients are indeed running the asylum.
If I were Dan Rather, I would not want to have my name out there anywhere in public having anything at all to do other than trying to teach how to be a lying, unrepentant journalist and having to keep a straight face at the mention of truth in "mainstream" Journalism!!! After all, he is the gold standard for lying, deceitful journalists! For what its wroth!!
At age 16 at about midnight, I stepped out of my second floor bedroom window onto an extension of roof, traveled east up an incline and atop an A-frame to a TV antennae tower beside the living room chimney, descended the tower, stole my way west on the ground to the other side of the house, coasted the Ford Falcon my dad let me drive down the driveway in reverse, started the car in the street and picked up two friends who also were SUPPOSED to also sneak out of their homes.
One of those friends instead told his mama who he was going to be with when he walked out of his home earlier. As the night wore on, his mama got worried and called my folks. For as long as I was grounded, I would not talk to that dork. I wouldn't have much to do with him after that either.
That was good for no TV or friends for a week.
Problem was B's with out any effort and I preferred sports and girls and worked hard at those favorites.
At about the fourth grade my mom took me to a shrink who had me do some tests.
The shrink proclaimed my intelligence to be above average.
Whoopee! I'm smart after all! Yay!
Then I continued to have a hard time in grade school. Sigh.
The funny thing is my memory gets more acute as time passes.
My mom caught on when I was a toddler. I would always ask questions. She would make up some kind of answer. I would recant this new knowledge at another time and place. She would say I didn't tell you that and I would remind her of when and why I asked, after a handful of those awkward moments . mom figured she wouldn't make up answers she didn't know. She would say "I don't know" if she didn't.
Something weird happened in second grade during this testing event at school . From that point on "you are not working up to your potential"
This song is about an incident that took place on October 4, 1986, when the CBS news anchor Dan Rather was attacked on a New York City sidewalk by a crazed man yelling "Kenneth, what is the frequency." The man turned out to be William Tager, who was caught after he killed a stagehand outside of the Today show studios on August 31, 1994. Tager, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison, said he was convinced the media was beaming signals into his head, and he was on a mission to determine their frequencies.
Tanger was right about one thing the media beaming propaganda to his head.
Abundant are the snowflake students who'd be eager to hear her raspy ack ack ack.
