The addictive aspect of texting and social media was quite thought provoking. The Millennials are now parenting and their kids under 3 know more about operating an iPhone than I do. Apparently dopamine is released when using these" high" tech devices (pun intended) .Soon we will see kindergarten kids in 12 step programs to get the monkey off their backs.
