Anchorwoman Fired For Pro-Trump Post Goes Nuclear On Station

Me dino can see why Scarlet Fakhar fired from KRIV-TV of Houston, Texas, did not hang her head and go quietly into the night. This is not just a case of media bias. Talk about blatant hypocrisy!
One reporter of that station previously said on the air, "Ted Cruz is like the dark lord from Star Wars" and "I think he's the anti-christ."
Nothing happened to him. Videos of him saying that libtard crap are included with the article.
Scarlet's unpardonable sin was to private Facebook page post to friends (with an obvious Judas, in their midst) that she was "happy and relived" Trump won.
Of course it's a certainty that her snitching Judas was not paid 30 pieces of silver for that--by golly!--just wonderful The Houston Chronicle to obtain and publish a screenshot of the post.
It appears to old dino that Scarlet was coerced with an "or else" into issuing an apology her bosses wrote for her. Then they fired her anyway.
Reminds me of a lowdown libtard boss me dino had at my last newspaper job--only that was in Mississippi.

As a news anchor, her job is to report the news, not comment on it. But as a private person she has the right to express her opinionas long as it is not on the job. Apparently, it was OK to express certain opinions, but not those in opposition to the station's philosophy. So they fired her. It proved one thing if nothing else, that she worked for ultra liberal assholes.

In our town the ABC channel (WSYX ABC 6) and Fox channel (WTTE 28) are owned by the same person. Both channels are left leaning and full of snide comments in favor of the liberal agenda. After you watch the news on both channels, often done by the same people you have no doubt that both channels and anchors are libtards. I don't even watch FOX anymore the good achor they had left, Pete (he at least balanced them out), now the FOX channel is a insult fest every morning.

It just goes to show that posts to the internet can come back to bite you in the rear.
As to replacing Megan Kelly, Go for it .

The idea of free speech is a foreign concept to radical liberals. My wife was speaking quietly with another patient waiting for the doctor the other day, and they were saying positive things to each other about Trump. Another patient started screaming at both of them, telling them they aren't allowed to say things like that in public. If the fringe left continues to spin up, it isn't going to be pretty, and has an uncomfortable chance of becoming violent.

"Aren't allowed to say things like that in public?"
Good grief! You'd think the First Amendment must have only been written for libtards.
New thought~There are certain people Bill O'Reilly calls pinheads. That angry snowflake had to be one of them.

Someone in the comments section of the article suggested that Scarlet Fakhar replace Megyn Kelly on that big time Fox News Channel.
Ha! I'd really like to see that happen.
Me dino did not mention in the note box that she got fired from a Fox network TV station.
Guess "fair and balanced" does not roll downhill.

She bit the hand that fed her, naively believing that her personal actions were protected. If she is any good at the job she will do fine and will have learned more about hypocrisy.

I think a lawsuit might help settle this issue, at least that's what I'd like to see. And, is Fox related to FOX? Are all Fox's related to FOX? Are these stations allowed to go in any direction the "owners" decide? Can one McDonald's decide to go Italian without repercussions from Ronald?

Me dino may start watching my own local FOX news just to see how they behave.
The FOX with O'Reilly's number one cable news show leans right but invites all kinds of liberals to argue points with.
Last I heard lefty Juan Williams has a $1 million a year contract to comment on assorted FOX News shows.
Up until I read about what happened to Ms. Fakhar, me dino operated under the false assumption that a Fox employee anywhere could be libtard sacked for being a conservative.
mccwho's comment here further straightened old dino out about that.

Apparently the local Fox's can do whatever they want and lean whichever way they want. That's got a lot to say for the FOX Board of Directors. Does anyone know of any NBC, CBS, Public, or ABC station or affiliate that has the right to lean anyway they please?
