    Well they have killed more people. Killing over 100 million with their DDT ban. Not to mention their attack on CO2 which has killed at least tens of thousands

    The only power over these agencies is de-funding. Agencies are not part of the separation of powers. They answer to themselves only

    Interestingly, "innocent until proven guilty" is a logical proposition that was never enshrined into the constitution. But it also violates the concept of separation of powers. The EPA is the judge, jury, and prosecutor.

    The EPA has previously claimed and won in court that it is just too difficult to obtain a warrant before undertaking a search. Now they believe they should be able to garnish wages without a court order. This is Tyranny and this is why we have a Constitution and this is why no expediency ever trumps the Constitution.
