Trump is not anti-immigration, he is anti-illegal immigration. He's married to an immigrant for God's sake. (And divorced another).

We not only need to secure the border, but we need to liberalize and streamline our legal immigration system. If we need more immigrants, let them come in legally. I doubt we'll have to do what we did during the western expansion and go overseas recruiting.

"Americans won't do these jobs" because it's too easy to stay home and collect welfare. If it was 'work or starve', my guess is that suddenly there would be a lot of jobs that Americans WOULD be willing to do.

Hmm, if you add the welfare population to the unemployment numbers, I wonder what the percent would be ...

Agreed, we would have no trouble recruiting from Mexico, if necessary but we do require them to follow our laws and tell is when they come over so we can vet them out.
