I am not at all sure if this is:

A) Authentic and a go forward
B) Authentic but released only to see the reaction.
C) A complete ruse by someone who is attempting to rouse the masses.
D) Just some kid that thought he would be funny.

I cant find much on it that I trust one way or another but thought the article worthy of notice and thought many of you may also think so.

First, let me state that I believe that the U.N. is seriously trying to control handguns on a global scale.

But: this seems to be a 'fraud',

  Thanks, I thought it likely fake, but I also think it likely "faked" to determine public outcry on the matter. If that makes sense.
