Of course, if you're a member of congress or a muslim, you're exempt! This is an outrage. Now for the bigger question: what does raiding family homes have to do with health care?

This is exactly what I wrote about, tying the IRS to docs to gun registration via a back door! The fact is THEY"RE ALL CORRUPT! Every single agency in DC is full of pathetic groveling fools trying to keep out of ovomit's sights.

Some people wondered why that last census was so many pages and asked such intrusive questions. This is one of the reasons. They finally quit coming to my door when I wouldn't let them in and the answer was "1" as I showed them my pocket Constitution. I wonder if they'll come back now that I posted this?

I do not believe this is true. What does it have to do with members of Congress and Muslims anyway?

True enough for the SC congress to introduce H.3101 bill to prevent just such forced home inspections:
"Section 43-1-300. No agency, department, or other state entity, including, but not limited to, the Department of Social Services and the Department of Health and Human Services, may authorize an employee, contractor, vendor, or any other person acting on behalf of the department to conduct or participate in an involuntary maternal, infant, and early childhood in-home visitation pursuant to Section 2951 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and any subsequent federal act that amends that section or that may refer to an entity or a process established pursuant to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010." http://www.scstatehouse.gov/sess120_2013...

It passed the SC House, but not the Senate

Congress exempted themselves from the bill. Also, Obama ensured that muslims are exempted from the provisions as well. Those 2 facts have been known since 2009.

What you're saying does not even make sense.

Uncommonsense is talking about the gov....and you're expecting sense. That's part of the point. The gov rarely makes sense, especially where the healthcare law is concerned. Speaking of concerned, maybe it's time you started to be. Sorry for the rude awakening, but it's better than being asleep. :) Welcome to the gulch, cgervasi!

It's rather convenient to not worry about government-armed thugs doing home invasions if you're a member of congress or if you are a muslim (or Amish too). However, if you don't fall under those categories, get ready for the Feds, yep, not local police, the Federal Gov't to coming knocking on your door. I find it kind of intriguing that this doesn't seem to bother you.
