    I don't see people AT work, at work because of the Hours I work but I see everyone else, (visitors) looking at their dumb phones all the time and hardly engaging with others.

    When I have the chance I engage them with a surprise comment that only a dead person could ignore.

    Answer to your question, only if you consider yourself unproductive. How you spend your free time is an individual choice. If your not happy with your productivity, change your time usage. 2 cents worth.
