Just a brief reading of history would illustrate how countries becoming socialistic are merely the first steps to a dictatorship. First get control of the government promising all sorts of of benefits. From your point of view, if the republicans had both houses and the presidency, then that would be "not much different from a dictatorship". Neither way would be like a dictatorship. There is much more involved in a dictatorship and takes more than the results of an election.

Its such a waste of time to get too involved in politics with the great mass of the electorate so involved in the emotional reasons for voting one way or another. The Presidency is about foreign affairs and domestic security- keeping us safe. The rest of the stuff, including women coming forth claiming inappropriate sexual things is really a waste of time and unimportant to those basic requirements of presidency. 10 minutes after the election, all this crap Hillary has brought up will fade into obscurity, and we will be faced with the real problems of the country.
