If you use Linux, it's free. Not sure about other operating systems. Putting this in Politics for the moment, should also be in technology.

Can also recommend TAILS (The Amnesiac Incognito Linux System) if your privacy is worth a minor amount of inconvenience and a short (~ one day) learning curve.

    Downloads for windows, mac and more: https://www.bleachbit.org/download There are several such programs available from different sources.

    The capability is useful to have for personal privacy -- you don't have to be a Clinton mafia violating the laws for corruption and power seeking.
