This is nice:Clinton explained that she wants to see a justice who cares about equality and would take money out of politics, Really, and what would you do for your graft then? The rest reads pretty interesting, but the main thing is the overall thread of "The Supreme Court does not exist to interpret law against the Constitution, but to interpret law according to their political leanings (conservative, moderate, liberal). Hence, one of the major problems we have to deal with. Looters on one side, selling anything and everything they do not own, or just taking it, and a leagal system that has appointed itself the generator of new rules and laws, despite it not being it's stated mission. And they say Trump is the loon?

    The fact that the Supreme Court judges are selected By one or the other parties allows for the deck to be stacked either way. The Supreme Court judges should be influenced by the interpretation and direction of the constitution not partisanship.
    One solution would be to limit their time on the bench and somehow the judges should be the third leg of a stool.

      Oh yes, just go look up how Roosevelt did it in the 30's, and then told them he would keep appointing them until they saw things his way. The went from saying SS was unconstitutional to "It's Great", just as will election money and Obamacare.
