    Agree 100% - they, like me, believed their ideology and would live and die to defend it. This conviction is lacking in contemporary American society.

    It's amazing how inspiring these 200-plus-year-old words are than any of the garbage coming out of the mouths of contemporary politicians. Inspiring ideas call forth inspiring words.

    Oh, you're entitled to form your thoughts as you see fit. I just rail futilely at the insidious invasion of language and thought by PC... :(

    Thats called Hope...I have that too. What I'm missing is Faith in what used to be my countrymen. I truly believe they have no concept of America or the Framers intent. Pathetic.
