Cool...if and only if this would result in the Best of scenarios.

But first!:

Question: why Ask the UN for permission?
What Are the rules and Regulations.
And last but not least...why would anyone want to join the UN.

To say the least...it's interesting to think about.

    I almost did, but then, I still want to know the rules and regulations...not that we'll live long enough to get there.
    If you saw the 100 on netflix...it too is likely to be all about the greater good and a lot of sacrifice of lives.

    Maybe in this case asking permission is better than asking forgivness, but if Heinlein's Destination Moon is any indication, I doubt it.
