This doesn't surprise me. He has never liked Trump and never really supported him. I thnk it is time to replace Ryan as Speaker. Part of his job is to help elect the president. He has never really stepped up for this. He has also never really done what he said he would do ie work to repeal many of the Obama monstrosities. If he thinks those are bad, wait until his favorite candidate gets in, she will make Obama look like a flash in the pan as far as spending and progressivisms goes.
