Forbes article shows that Aereo only lost the first round in the fight. There can be moe rounds in the fight for its' business model.

    So let me get this straight. If I grab a signal off the public airwaves and record it on my personal recording equipment and play it back later that is completely legal. But if I pay someone to do the same, using their equipment, that is illegal? What am I missing here?
