The USA is one of the few places in the world where that sins of the fathers is not allowed to reflect on the children. There is no such original sin for humans who had not yet learned not to do certain actions. Everything known and acted on by humans must be discovered and passed on to others who must learn as best they can with a huge religious baggage on their consciousnesses. It is amazing that humans have come so far in how they treat each other better than how inanimate objects are exploited.

And if we have a Clinton administration, look for billions to be wasted on windmills and solar power. The disappearance of coal. the closing down of fracking. When was the last time anyone flew on a plane powered by a windmill or solar reflectors? While the USA is working for "Climate Change" our enemies will be using available working power to outstrip us and turn us into a dependent nation.

As Catholic as this may sound, our punishable "original sin" is mean things done in our nation's history.
Thus the said creature who presumes to be our judge hath royally decreed we require a humbling in our misery.

I keep saying this and maybe it will eventually sink in. Climate change is attractive to politicians not because it's good science but because it is a powerful political tool. The reality of AGW is irrelevant to the political ends that are pursued by those in and seeking power. It is only important that people believe it to be real.

Back in the 70s when I was a newspaper reporter in a rural county, I first heard the insulting variant of "a legend in his own time" when an experienced down to earth deputy put down a hotshot for a young deputy.
Fortunately, for this back then in his prime dino, that "legend in his own mind" knew how to be photogenic.
When he and two other lawmen escorted a recaptured escapee out of the woods, he saw me ready with my camera and raised his shotgun in such a heroic fashion that my snapshot became one of my best front page photos ever.
By the way, that inmate was found hiding under the seat of an old outhouse. I saw for myself that at least it was dry down there.
Think it was a couple of years later that reporter dino heard someone say "a legend in his own mind" to put down a rather vain local Elvis impersonator.

Me dino used to sideline shoot photos at local high school games. During a halftime, I'll never forget a grades 1-thru-12 Christian academy middle school aged girl who approached me and started furiously screaming about how the visiting team was trying to beat her school's team.
Me dino just could not believe my innocent ears. But what do I know? Maybe for visiting teams to lose should be the sporting thing to do.
