This just seems insane, to have your employees leave their computers open to every bit of malware in the world, then use a secure utility to go to a VPN to inside the Amazon jungle. Unless they keep their customer service reps inside a hardened box with a couple dozen firewalls, Amazon would seem to be asking to become the largest data breech in history.
