Oddly enough, securing the border is the exact opposite of that they did. This is a classic wag the dog scenario. They planned two years ago to create a reason for the President to take humanitarian action on the border. They have been blatantly advertising to hire the human capital to handle the children at the border since before they got there. How do he know???

It's amazing they're saying it aloud. I can't be sure, but I'm guessing people in the Exec branch know this is questionable. They just think they're the good guys and these are special times and great people like President Lincoln are willing to push the limits in special times. I'm saying this about the Obama administration and the Bush administration.

I completely disagree with "these are special times" arguments b/c the framers wrote it for the special times, not for boring times when no one is tempted to overreach.
