Well, they can't tell you how much they loot from the puyblic, because it will overload the system they undoubtedly paid millions in bribes and payoffs to get, that could all easily have been done with a desktop computer with a barcode gun and office. Why is this all so normal for government? Oracle and SAP seem to get into a lot of binds with uber expensive (Oregon blew a couple hundred million for a web site that never worked) government projects?
