The Day Zero Hedge Goes Dark, by Robert Gore

The established order recognizes the threat. Hillary Clinton’s recent speeches condemning the alt-right and the “basket of deplorables,” and President Obama’s comments Monday about unspecified blogs “churning out a lot of misinformation” confirm the apprehension. The alt-right is part of the alternative media and takes a politically incorrect perspective on the mainstream’s racial, ethnic, sexual, and gender catechism. As such, it makes the easiest target, however, it is not the establishment’s real target. Obama gave up the game with the word “misinformation.” He’s not worried about misinformation—if he were Obamacare never would have become law—he’s worried about correct information, also known as the truth.

There you go again, Mr. Gore telling us the truth. It's a truth that we really don't want to know. Truth being that which corresponds to reality, the thing to do is to change the perception of reality (see Old Carl's post.). You know, due to old age infimities, I dropped out of most active participation in the world. Except for the fact that people like Mr. Straight Line keep imposing reality upon me, I've never been happier.

I hope that you have distributed this article to all the alternative media. They should be prepared to respond as thepiratebay has when faced with site closure by governments worldwide. The rest of us should make our sites available for articles and exposés to more widely distribute the truth.

Right now the article is on SLL, GG, and The Burning Platform. I'm pretty sure it will get posted on Western Rifle Shooters Association tonight, and I'd be surprised if it didn't get posted on Zero Hedge within the next day or two (most of my recent articles have been posted there). By all means pass the link by email or post it on any sites to which you have access.

    This article sparked a memory.
Old dino was a late juvenile dino when one evening I watched one of those patriotic black abnd white war movies churned out during World War II.
My Greatest Generation mama walked past and asked what I was watching on TV.
Perhaps I was watching an evilly grinning Jap in a diving Zero when I told her, "Just an old World War II propaganda movie."
She issued a surprised-sounding "Oh?" and walked on.
Dang the things my tiny dino mind can remember!

Of course "Misinformation" is actually "Truth"...everything is 180 opposed including the meanings and concepts. It's Bizarro World.

Good article...and I added Zero Hedge to my daily perusal.

The truth about the reality of socialism is only dangerous to those who peddle it if the masses actually accepted the truth and then acted on it. While it may be the fear of those who would like to control all others that the masses could awaken, it is painfully obvious that actual awakening is a very slim chance. What April Glasby accidentally did prior to the first Gulf War drew massive attention, then the attention was quickly diverted and covered up and she disappeared. The MMS even started after her then all was quiet as the leaders said it was a matter of 'national security'. Her video with Saddam Hussein telling him that America was not concerned with his dispute with the Kuwaiti's was an invitation to Saddam to proceed, which he did. I am certain he was surprised by America's response.
