Bullshit!

This is yet another chess move by the GOP establishment.

The GOP establishment knows that the base is *pissed* about their treachery in the Mississippi primary.

This is no more than a bone to keep us from kicking them to the curb.

Boehner's going to sue!
Whoop-dee-shit!
A symbolic lawsuit that'll take years and never be resolved.

Abandon the GOP.
Throw all the bums out.
Impeach Obama.

  The lawsuit will not take years. It will be thrown out immediately because Obama has diplomatic immunity, as do all other politicians.

With Obama moving children and pregnant teens across state lines secretly without notifying the states, dumping these people in direct violation of federal laws, doing the job of the coyotes who face prosecution for the same offense --- If this is where Boehner is heading with this...then maybe...but if this is about ObamaCare it is worse than lame it muddies the waters right before elections. Very bad move. He should be concentrating on helping take back the Senate.

You can't sue politicians simply because you disagree with the policies they implemented. There's this thing called diplomatic immunity. Apparently John Boehner isn't aware of it...

  Diplomatic immunity applies to foreign diplomats, not presidents. The difficulty will be in proving the house or the whole congress has standing to sue.
