I had other options for a title~
# Obama Wants To Throw Money At His Own Mess
# Stupid Is As Stupid Does
# And Now For Something Completely Silly
So far this is just another Obamanation plan, mind you, but a part of it reads like this~
Within the first three years of this plan's implementation, dear readers, laid off coal miners can train to become optometrists and bring all of $26,000,000 into the (shut down coal natural resource) regional economy.
Can't beat that wonderment with a stick, can ya? Nice to know that you can always count on some handy laid off coal miner to give you an eye exam.
Read the article to revel over how O the Great and Powerful shall do his darnedest to make up for 2% lost mining jobs.
The king is a saint, I tell you. A veritable saint.
Oh, I chose Politics for the category because I guess his highness is trying to help Shillary.
The plan must be to impress appreciative laid off coal miners, who all gotta know that the evil hag intends to continue Obamanable policies.

Yes, and there is another angle to consider-
when gov money is used to train optometrists and nature trail organizers, there will be an increase in those professions which will drive down the price. Incomes will drop and some will leave to compete with what ex-miners are trying.

Recently O the Great and Powerful Liar gave a speech that spun how much better the general economy is now due to his wonderful work in office.
I suppose a plaque on some obscure corner wall of his presidential lie-brary will praise how he helped coal miners--with no mention made of his taking their jobs.

And his legacy will show that he created jobs.
No more hope and change, please.
