Hmmm..CNN says this is all "perfetly normal", some others say LD is simulating the Clinton Cash Cow, but got caught up without enough "friends" to help deny everything, and "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy" only works if your last name is "CLINTON". Hmm.. more sides to the story are:

Amazing how art gets to copy reality. It just doesn't seem to work as well for the amateurs vs the pros.

Hmmm, I wonder if these Hollywood elitists will whine a different tune when the socialist party (D) taxes them more to close the "income gap". After all, why should these self righteous actors get paid more than the lighting, audio, and special effects techs and engineers that make them look and sound so great on the big screen? Just sayin'...

If you're famous, you didn't do that! LOL!

I think that the supporters of Hillary know she is crooked, but just gloss over that. They actually respond to her call to "stand with me", as a cattle call to be crooked too and get the goodies Hillary gets without getting caught.

Thats going to be hard line to fight in this culture. I suspect she will win, inspite of my vote for Trump.

When it comes to the Clintons -- same as it ever was. Screw us, cover it up, commit perjury, cover it up, commit scandal after scandal, cover up, cover up, cover up. They get away with it so easily and frequently, that lately, they don't even bother to cover it up.

Disney, Dreamworks, Dicaprio, Timberlake have just made my list of looters who should have all their creation boycotted or torrented.

Better to boycot since most of it will be statist propaganda and seeing it is counter-productive to free markets and individual liberty. Hope that DiCap's fantasy about global warming is exposed as ignorant, biased, statist rubbish.

I didn't go to ST Beyond just because of the CBS/Paramount lawsuit. I did give in and buy the special DVD, as it came with a Perk, which they also have banned (unless it is theirs). Movies today have become nothing but fast, loud smears on the screen, I have to slow them down on a DVD sometimes just to see what is going on. Or FF through the really bad parts....

My favorite ST in the past 20 years has been the fan produced Star Trek Continues, which may have been dis-continued by the lawsuit. Its a stupid suicidal move by CBS/Paramount who has shown a distinct lack of creativity and little understanding of their customers. I don't go to the movies, with one exception, AS. Now the above mentioned won't be getting my home theatre (DVD, BR, CD) business either. Actions have consequences. Consumers must teach that lesson to irrational empty-headed entertainers, directors, and studios.

The discussion a lot have had is that CBS/Paramount apparently have the same insulated fantasy world that politics seems to have built. In fact, their Discovery seems to more and more resemble everything Axanar was going to be, and that fact ties in perfect with how they treated Axanar and the timing of their lawsuit. I just cannot see going to a movie to be abused by the noise and visual craziness they want to call a movie. Just remember, Star Trek Continues, has folded now in the face of the New Rules of Acquisition. Jonathan Lane has a Facebook page called "Small Access" where he is trying to both provide CBS with some real fan feedback (he has prepared a "focus group report" to try to show them just how stupid they really are.

Just looked at the STC web page. It seems they are going forward with another episode. This has been added since the lawsuit.

I will do some digging on this, as that may have been done before the New Rule of Acquisition arrived. In addition, as with all things, there is some nasty fighting going on in the community, with everyone wanting to blame Axanar and Alec Peters for "pinching the dragon". Vic and Cawley have both been in on it, and Cawley miraculously got a "license" as an offical member of the party at CBS, and is now a "Offical Star Trek" tour site in upstate New York. The only one. CBS is as about politics as any other group in the country.
