    Of course, Trump was no longer running those Casinos at the time Christie took Office.

    The article is worthy of Clinton in that it is cleverly written to mislead without lying. "founded by his friend Donald Trump" gives the impression that it was a business that he was running at the time. He no longer did, although I think he kept a 10% interest.

    Given that by 2011 the Casinos were in bad financial shape and the people running them later sold them, settling the long standing tax debt may well have been a good deal.
