Director Comey's Actions On E-mails Now Understood

I was listening to the radio on the way home tonight. The commentator mentioned a “Breaking” news story from CNN. I almost changed the station. I’m glad I didn’t. The news item referred to an action by the FBI that occurred a little over a year ago. Several agents reacting to a tip of suspicious activity in a bank account started looking into the financial actions of a tax exempt/charitable foundation. They found evidence of criminal wrong doing on the part of the foundation. They proceeded to request a full investigation of the “criminal enterprise”. They asked the Justice department for authorization. It was denied.
The charitable Institution? The Clinton foundation. Having seen the action by the Justice Department on this case of financial misconduct, Comey apparently concluded that a referral on the e-mail investigation would result in the same action, Refusal to indict Thus the long presentation of facts and actions by the Director and then the statement that the FBI was not asking for an indictment.
It all makes much more sense now.
What do the citizens of the Gulch think?

I am just hoping Trump wins and then the Clinton's, Obama and their cronies can be prosecuted. Because if there were any prosecution at this point she would either be found innocent or pardoned.

Now Shillary actually lies about what Comey clearly laid out and that's being ignored by the enabling biased curs who run the mainstream media.

Also he did not want to end up like one of the Clintons victims, with three bullet holes in his head and a missing gun, and have his death declare suicide.

One of the best reasons for the 2nd amendment I have heard in a long time.

I was upset learning that the "fix is in," but then realized it was just Comey's Gambit, well played.
Now I'm wondering what the odds-makers in Las Vegas are saying about this election.
Personally, I think Hillary needs an extra supply of Depends about now.

Comey was in a difficult position. He had an abundance evidence of Clinton's misdeeds but knew that an indictment would never be put forth by the Obama justice department regardless of the evidence. So he did what he could to tarnish Hillary's reputation even further without giving the DOJ the opportunity to turn her into a martyr. He also wanted to stay alive.

I agree, he was clever by laying out all the offenses she committed, eluding to all the laws broken but then, saying something so obviously bizarre, making it obvious that it was a lost cause so others would take up the cause further.

I was going to say that Comey didn't want to end up like Vince Foster, but we now have much more recent names to use.
