Go to "Biba Ristorante Italiano" and enjoy a great meal and some wine. My wife started following this Chef from Bologna about 30 years ago. Biba's 9 cookbooks are the most used out of my wife's library of over 200 Italian cookbooks and her recommendations of restaurants are at the top of our list when we go to Italy. We have not been to her restaurant but feel like we know her from her cooking shows and all of her food we have eaten.
