Sign me up as a domestic terrorist. I already have a bullseye on me anyway. As Goldwater said, "I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue!"
There is more truth in what your golf buddy said in that sentence than most people realize. I obviously have read AS and I did manage to watch the whole movie Idiocracy. If you haven't read it already, you need to also read "Pawns in the game." by William Guy Carr. You'll learn things that should have been taught in high school but never was. For me, reading that book filled in a lot of the "blanks" in my understanding on past historical events.
My brother told me last night that he heard on the news there are some in congress (he said democrats) that are trying to remove the 1st Amendment. I have not had a chance to follow-up on that, but it's chilling if true.
Nothing holder (aka wesely mooch) or obama (aka mr. thompson) do surprises me, nor should it anyone else. obama told everyone exactly what he was going to do before he was elected the 1st time, just few believed him.
Great quote, and from perhaps the last true conservative (that is, defender of liberty) that ran for POTUS, 50 years ago. Too bad 65% of the voters then were such cowards. Some things haven't changed at all in 50 years.
My golf buddy once said, "If you read Atlas Shrugged and watched Idiocracy nothing surprises you." This doesn't surprise me one bit. Soon, many of us will be "particular individuals"...

Oh, and that person standing next to you, wrapped in a bullseye? That's me.
