These words may sound harsh, but Americans must decide whether they think the Constitution is worth speaking unpleasant truth. It goes without saying that many of the people who wrote the Constitution took far more drastic measures to secure our independence.
If we aren’t willing to call out those who violate their oath to defend Constitution, then all we do is make ourselves liars for claiming to care about its preservation. People enforce rules they believe in. If we won’t insist on constitutional fidelity, then we can’t honestly claim to care much about it. We have reached this point because the nation as a whole has lacked the courage to call out oath-breakers for one reason or another.
Mr. Khizr Khan has taken more than one oath according to his website listings.
Furthermore, Khan’s background in Islamic law has raised several questions pertaining to his ideological motivations. Writing in 1983 for the Houston Journal of International Law, Khan said that all judicial systems must be subordinate to Sharia law, otherwise known as Islamic law.
“All other juridical works which have been written during more than thirteen centuries are very rich and indispensable, but they must always be subordinated to the Shari’ah and open to reconsideration by all Muslims,” wrote Khan in his work, “Juristic Classification Of Islamic Law.”
Mr. Khizr Khan has convicted himself out of his own mouth leaving plenty of evidence and no doubt whatsoever. This is more thatn mere suspicion the standard of the Patriot Act. This is more than probable cause and beyond reasonabvle doubt.
I can feel empathy as a fellow soldier to his son . As for Mr. Khizr Khan I have to ask why is he still holding USA citizenship, why has he not been disbarred , why had he not been deported as an undesirable. ?
Can you name any "overt act" of "levying War against [the United States], or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort" that he has committed? (This is the definition of treason in Article III, Section 3.)
This same criticism goes for recent statements that Hillary Clinton committed treason by being careless with classified documents, or that Trump committed treason by urging Putin to reveal Clinton's e-mails if he has them. I don't think the record supports calling any of these treason.

I still maintain we lost the third revolution to the progressives and are now in a counter revolution. Anyway, it's enlightening to use this tool in a way to combat the fact that "the public has a short memory."
