This just illustrates how bad the reliance and belief of government an go wrong. Why was this not derailed 3-4 years ago when it was obvious they had failed? If you go digging deep I am willing to believe there will be ahuge chain of bribes, exchanges, favors and whatnot. This could have been a chapter from Part 2 of AS.
