Here is a good example of why government is anutter wasteful failure. At the same time they were screwing verterans, waiting for months for care, these idiots are bowing carefully looted money (or borrowed as the case may be, on the national debt), for frigging artwork? A massive display for blind people who can't see it? Time has passed for rolling them all out and starting over.
