The best thing about the video was that the young people were not buying it. They were not impressed by her and looked contemptuous of her flailing around, and they backed her right up against the wall - literally. It's a good change for her - usually she manages to stay far, far away from The People. Bravo!
I agree. My understanding is she was for keeping NSA spying secret until the activities got leaked. I don't believe she wanted it secret because she hoped criminals weren't aware they were spying. She didn't want American citizens to know because they would oppose it.
I haven't followed it closely, but her comments that she was opposing the NSA in favor of privacy rights does not ring true at all. It's good the young man asked her hard questions.
Wow, nice to see SOMEone with some nads to ask real questions. Someone should tie that bitch's hands behind her back and see if it will result in her inability to speak at all... What a bunch of hog wash coming outta that pie hole. People actually vote for that thing???
Heck yeah, the Bush Administration went too far. That's no excuse. That's like my kids saying, "well so-and-so did it too!!" as if that excuses their behavior. That was the most damning comment of all. She thinks it's a left-right battle, so if the left gets a point against them, we can get to tied by scoring a point against the other side. That's so wrong.
Bravo!

It was Bush's fault, going to far, but the NSA was doing the right thing...?
