Yes. At 4:48 she mentions alleged conservatives. This clearly suggests to me there is other type of conservative who she thinks do not make these bad arguments for capitalism.

I reject statism regardless of what camp it comes from. Though I believe men are quite fallible, I would not use that to justify capitalism. Capitalism is best because it is moral. If one considers themselves a conservative and defends the old practices because it is the best system, not because it is old, perhaps they are not conservatives by Rand's general definition. It is a fine distinction, but I think some self proclaimed conservatives of today do so. Time frame- 8:53 Rand: "Such, unfortunately, are a great many of today's conservatives." From this quote I infer that Rand would acknowledge that "some" are exceptions. Certainly many others still fit Rand's general definition/characterization and are no better than the progressives that reject the old simply because it is old. They believe change/progress can only come by rejecting the old, which is to reject the intellect of our founders and their accomplishments.
