If this works...I think all governmental communications except top secret defense communications should be blockchain transparent.

I first heard of this tech. investigating Bitcoin. The idea then was to be able to trade using bitcoin, cell phone to cell phone in the event the infrastructure gets shut down.

What do you think of this idea.
