    If this had been a private company-it would have gone bankrupt and there would have been jail time and firings. But this is what it's like here...and everyone is too complacent to do anything but sigh and bend over. The whole navigator concept was a drive to collect personal information-to either steal identities fr money, fake voting records or both. We stood aside when that happened as well.

    I have never been comfortable with electronic medical records. With the typical doctor's handwriting there is great security... :)
    Foreseeable unintended consequences.
