    Brian, have you contacted ORNL yet? Los
    Alamos? Livermore? as you probably know, there
    are incredibly complicated calculations which need
    this kind of power being done at these places. this
    is a national security need;; yes. -- j

        OK, Dr. Jim;; you worked at Argonne & can say
        why to NOT work with the govt, I'm sure! I worked
        at y12 and know why TO, sir. I contend that the
        nuclear weapons business still forms part of our
        national deterrence -- diminishing, yes. we may be
        seeing the same glass half full. -- j

          I worked at Savannah River, too, just before the government nationalized that part of the nuclear weapons business. I didn't want to work for the government at the time, but couldn't find anything else. I hadn't read AS yet, but I could see myself turning into a Floyd Ferris. Aaaaggghh! I am so glad I left.
