Thank you. For a moment there I thought I'd stepped into another dimension, where the rules of logic had been upturned.

So Ustream keeps sending emails announcing they are broadcasting with no mention of the password or when it will be actually available. That is a great way to frustrate your prospective audience. Thumbs down - to the Ustream communication system. (Not to the poster here;^)

Putting it another way, what's the seekrit time the channel is open, or does the thing start the moment a few tens of thousands tune in at 8:00 Eastern? Can you say "load balancing" (by common sense methods, like half hour [virtual seating] lead time)?

Given the Atlas Ustream no-show a couple weeks ago, I'd also think about a few live tests, hours, tens of minutes, minutes before "showtime," calling for feedback (from the outside audience, i.e., viewers like me) on A/V quality. I don't know whether you're aware of this, but some Ustreams have soundcard-damaging audio levels, and yours is one of them. Furthermore, decent playback (let alone Webcasting) of a feature film is one seemingly simple thing theoretically, but quite another in practice.

Uh huh. Your Ustream link is a "Password Protected Channel." What's the password?

It's a great idea to how the film again on Live Stream. The "Regal Deal" is very aggressive, and impressive.
