SCOTUS now publically political, especially from the Left

Justice Ginsberg has set a new level of public discourse for SCOTUS. It is an especially low level but a public level none the less.
Most justices have political opinions but seldom, if ever, make them public while serving on the bench. Justice Ginsberg has shattered that uncommon characteristic by her tweets on Mr. Trump.
Don't get me wrong, she can and will say what ever she pleases, but custom, especially on such a high level should prevail. Imagine the outcry id the Chief Justice had made a similar comment during the Clinton Impeachment proceeding or if a justice had commented on the Hillary Clinton e-mail investigation. Demands for impeachment and removal would have been immediate and continuous.
These individuals can be and should be held to a higher standard of public comment.
Welcome to the Brave New World (apologies to Mr. Huxley)

One theory is that Ginsberg is more wacky than usual because she had chemotherapy which has the occasional side effect of causing mental problems.
imo, she has had propaganda induced chemo-brain for decades and it was one of the prime reasons she was chosen for the court. She is a statist loon in a gang of statist loons.

The old witch has proven what we suspected for so long- and it's not a surprise. Totally impartial Kagan and Sotomayor might as well chime in as well. We're truly doomed when when the felon in chief names another "impartial" "constitutionally outdated " justice to the crooked lawyers all-star team.

    Hello mminnick,
"A gaffe is when a politician tells the truth." - Michael Kinsley In this case, I think it is applicable to the justice as well. Also: "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt." Abraham Lincoln
I guess we have confirmation of what we believed already.
    Respectfully,
    O.A.
