So I'm alive, and haven't seen anything crazy here yet! Madrid was amazing, as were Toledo, Sevilla and Granada. Attached are photos taken in Madrid, Toledo and Seville.
Just wanted to pop in and say hi! Miss you crazy people!! ;-)

By the way, I forgot to mention this earlier. The red brick building is the Madrid bullfighting arena.

Very true! And where the mosques had been converted, the minarets now have bells. I will post a few photos of this soon. :-)

We ARE having a wonderful time, thank you! The Prado museum was a highlight, as was the Flamenco show. I've also had some amazing wine! And it is so inexpensive, even factoring in euros vs dollars. Will post more pics in a few days. :-)

Beautiful. You can really see the Moorish influence in the architecture. I half expect to see Charlton Heston riding by as El Cid.
