Hello straightlinelogic,
Let us apply a little consistent logic, shall we? If a financial institution is too big to fail, the government demands their dismantling... If this entity is so large that it fails to comply with a court order it has failed. Hasn't it? It seems to me that Big Brother is too large to fail... But it has, in so many ways. A little dismantling seems in order.
