excellent post Rich. In particular:
"The more political power becomes the coin of the realm, the more the productive achievers—those John Galts—are punished and, therefore, the less they produce. As economic hardship grows, more otherwise decent Americans turn to political elites, further punishing production and plunging the economy into death spiral."
Mr. Hudgins carefully defined who Joh Galt is: "Inventor-hero" of Atlas Shrugged ;)

  Thanks Kh. I think one of the misconceptions about Galt is that somehow if you respect the producers you somehow disrespect the worker. From everything I have read Rand respected everyone who took personal responsibility for there life no matter what they chose to do. With Cantor losing the Republican should realize there are more Galts out there than they care to admit.
