    It's actually a confirmation of Comey's statement. There were consequences, but not a criminal prosecution.

    "To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions."

      Indeed, but the relative scale of the issue needs to be considered. While the guy had 100 "classified" documents on his thumb drive, and he used yahoo mail for 1 warning about a corrupt police chief who was endangering troops he had worked with, how does that compare to 2,000 emails with up to TS material, blithely sent and by a herd of cronies? With foreknowledge and apparent no concern? In addition, this soldier is not running for president, and he was not Secretary of State. In context, this make the Beasts actions much more reprehensible.
