I have taught for thirty years that this system, the American constitutional system, is the closest thing to freedom for the individual created by Man! Now I have to say I was a lying sack of crap, a blind idealist, an ostrich with my head in the sand! Dumb ass!

I was afraid that would happen. Make no mistake despite their lack of height they are far more valuable than most any politician.

Yes, they will. I almost posted such a comment myself. The current activities remind me of the events that arguably caused the military coup in Thailand a couple years ago. The military was very restrained in that action for a long time until they could no longer tolerate the political corruption and its effects on the well being of the people of Thailand.

If she had been found not guilty and then someone (Guccifer? Snowden?) released an un-redacted email taken from Hildabeast's server, well, tough. Double Jeopardy and all that.

But I wonder if the decision not to charge her could be reversed in that same scenario.

And I wholeheartedly agree with the first comment I see posted: It is nauseating.

Let's see. Bill Clinton appointed Loretta Lynch to a judgeship. Lynch works for Obama who already said months ago, that Hillary didn't do anything wrong. Comey works for Lynch. So everyone works for somebody else. A few weeks ago Hillary put a shot across the bow of Obama when she stated EVERYONE knew she was using an unsecured personal server. Then at least one email is found from Obama to Hillary to her personal server. So while I'm disappointed, I am not surprised at the results. We're dealing with lifelong career politicians, an American political aristocratic class. Many will fall on the sword for their sake. Yesterday we witnessed Comey fall on the sword. This is going to be an interesting foot note in history books.

The members of the armed forces.

I served under Slick Willy, chasing stupid conflicts, not being allowed to carry a weapon, and merely acting as a human shield or UN target in a combat zone to sway media attention away from BJs under the resolute desk.

i guess the prosecution of the Navy Reservist at the same time using the exact opposite reasoning blew your theory to hell and gone .

as for as the rest. That is still under investigation by the 2016 released email compromisaes were damaging enough.

But for some nothing the wicked witch of the left does would ever be too much. Comes from having a worm level bar. Or from being paid.

Please stop insulting the worms, Michael. They fulfill a very productive purpose in my garden (unlike the Clinton.)

We do seem to have a problem with Attorney General's That reminded me of Jackboot Janet Von Flamethrower Reno the baby burner. Now there was a poster child for left wing fascism. Let's see. a gun runner, and now an incompetent bought and paid for sock puppet.

    Who are "they",sco?
Haven't seen any in government with "moral dilemma" in recent years. At least not since Vince Foster.

The standard is in the oath of office. 'To the best of my abilities.' These days that is a very very low and nose pinching step across stuff on the sidewalk by way of calling it a bar. Hillary would have absolutely no problem reaching that level if she was crawling like a worm.

Just because LBJ was such a POS and a GI butchering war monger he is my favorite candidate for who really shot JFK.

No factual objective reason other than he was a despicable excuse for a humanoid being.

And if she becomes President they will find themselves in a serious moral dilemma with regard to following her orders.

I don't understand why the "standard", is that of a "reasonable person"! The person that occupied the office of the Secretary of State and who wishes to become the President of the United States, should be held to a much higher level than that of just a reasonable person. They should be held to the standard of one who is very informed and aware of the letter of the law, its intent, and what content is or is not classified material, matters of national security, and the consequences for themselves and the security of our nation when breached, or when the door is left so wide open that the figurative red carpet was potentially rolled out to our enemies!

+1 for inspiring my dangerous dino imagination~
The Dems should now make T-shirts of Shillary dressed up like Che while holding up Comey as a hand puppet bowing back to her.
Maybe a cartoon balloon should rise from Comey's head containing the words, "legalese whimpers."

Not only did she get away with hiding what she was doing to prevent damage to her career, she will wind up as president of the country courtesy of the VERY stupid voters who will vote her in.

One does not have to be aware (or even demonstrate intent) on a negligence charge. And to say that she didn't know what she was doing is an outright lie. She was told that what she was doing was illegal and did it anyway. The non-recommendation is a complete cover for an entire litany of law-breaking which any other person would get thrown in jail for life for. The evidence is overwhelming that she broke at least 13 federal statutes and laws - many of which Comey himself outlined in the first 15 minutes of his own speech! To recommend against indictment and that this was just a lapse in judgement is a complete abrogation of justice.

It is a war out there, and its NOT against foreign invaders. It is freedom loving people vs the establishment in the USA. I resent every penny that government collects from me, as they just use it to control me and steal more from me.

Hillary is my enemy, always has been. I have seen through her for a long time. Too bad the voters cant see it.

To the Trump haters out there, your trashing of Trump will get you Hillary for at least 4 years. You threw away probably the last chance to slow down the advance of full on cronyism.

Maybe? If they gave her a pass on her handling of secure documents, I have no expectation they will prosecute her for quid pro quo.

and number eight....so I'll ask the same question. When one is told repeatedly their are security issues and ignores the warning then gives instructions of how to circumvent security regulations and then accepts lots of money from foreign sources and George Soros doesn't one wonder just what she was selling?

Maybe it will all come out in the Cllinton Foundation investigation and MAYBE that too wil be covered up.

Regarding her staff's inability to send her a secure FAX, her response was “If they can’t, turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure.”

That certainly feels like gross negligence to me!

this part i agree with you. She violated the regulations on handling of classified material. Repeatedly and after multiple warnings.
